The Giving Tree helps to enhance the overall effectiveness of your learning environment through capacity building. We invite you to explore our website as we help you on your journey to enhance the lives of our youth through the development of high quality programming and relevant services.
Co-Founder / Executive Director
The Giving Tree is a community development organization created to promote and support the educational activities of the schools, organizations and churches in your community. Our mission is: To strengthen the overall learning environment of your community by providing a broad range of holistic and communal approaches intended to improve student performance and youth development. To advance our mission The Giving Tree operates under the following core values:

Integration of community awareness into educational programs and services.
Celebrating, promoting and rewarding teachers and school administrators as highly skilled professionals.
Approaching professional development in a Reflective, Interactive, Socratic and Engaging manner that will enhance the human development of teachers and administrators.
Character education programming that will enable students to think critically and take responsibility for themselves, their education, and their communities.
